Required Documents
Audited financial statements for the last three completed years together with notes and auditor’s report.
Latest financial position available of the Company if audited financial statements are more than three (3) months old.
Latest certified copy of commercial register.
A copy of the Company's Article of Association (for joint stock companies) / shareholders agreement for firms along with amendments.
Copy of tax card and the last tax assessment.
Certificate of social insurance position from the auditor.
Copy of the national ID card / passports of shareholders.
Original bankruptcy certificate in the name of the company and in the name of authorized signatory.
Original protesto certificate in the name of the company and in the name of authorized signatory.
Bank statements of the company for the last 6 months.
A copy of the rent contract or ownership documents of the company's head office, factory and / or warehouses as registered in the commercial register.
Further documents may be required during the screening and credit approval process.
